Larry M. Jenkins was called Home to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, February 23, 2017 with his loving wife Leslie Jenkins by his side.

Larry was born in Wilmington, NC on Dec. 13, 1955 and spent his early childhood years in Baltimore, MD. Larry served his country in the United States Marine Corps just prior to relocating to Fort Wayne, IN to join his father in operating the family owned business Highland Park Cemetery.

Larry married his wife Leslie and the two of them started a family. They remained in Fort Wayne, IN until 2000 when Larry transferred his family to Florida with Service Corporation International. He later served as President of FCCFA. In 2009 Larry joined Northstar Memorial Group where he later became Sales Manager at Lakeview Memorial Gardens in Avon Park, FL.

Larry was a devoted husband and father who enjoyed many hobbies such as boating, wildlife, the outdoors, sports, and his dogs Rex & Bear.

Larry is survived by his loving wife Leslie Jenkins, daughter Ashley (David) Sawyer, son Nicholas Jenkins, sister Patricia (Michael) Smith, sister Lorraine (William) Veasel, brother David (Beth) Jenkins and his Grand Dog Jack.

A Funeral Mass will be held Monday, February 27, 2017, 10:00 am at St. Catherine's Catholic Church, Sebring, FL. Burial to follow at Lakeview Memorial Gardens Avon Park, FL.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Larry to the Society of Saint Vincent De Paul.
