Laurie Shauver, of Pinellas Park, Florida, passed away Tuesday February 17 in her home, after a
more than 10 year battle with an early on set of dementia, she was 65 years old.
She was born in Watertown, New York on February 6, 1961 to Elmer and Margaret 'LaMoine' Schwendy.

treated everyone like family and always had time to sit, talk, and play. She loved playing cards
and board games, her favorites were Rummikub and Apples to Apples. She also loved doing
puzzles with the family, which would lead to more serious times and talks. She enjoyed her
morning coffee but never liked tea or strawberry flavoring. She was well loved and respected
and will be missed.
