Kernest Anthony Sanchez (Amos)

Our beloved Kernest Anthony Sanchez, loaned to us by God, was called to his heavenly
home on Friday, November 6, 2015, at 4:30 p.m. surrounded by his family. He was 78, a
resident of Geneva, Florida and a native of White Castle, LA. In his 78 years on earth he
touched the lives of many with his unconditional love, inspiration and support. Every
moment spent with him is a treasured memory. Kernest served his country proudly in the US
Airforce and has spent many years of his life enjoying his favorite pastimes of hunting and
fishing.

Survived by his wife of 58 years, Dale Francine Sanchez of Geneva, he was the oldest son of
Chilton Joseph Sanchez and Beatrice Marie Gauthreaux (predeseased). He is survived by his
two brothers Larry John (Jeanie) Sanchez and Frank Thomas (Elizabeth) Sanchez and their
families all residing in Louisiana as well as three brother-in-laws that he loved like brothers,
B.J. (Kerry) Dreggors and family, Geveva, FL and Donald (Meredith) Dreggors and family
of Hoboken, GA and Charles Evans (Ann, predeceased) and family of Geneva, FL. Kernest
leaves his legacy in the lives of his two children, Tony Sanchez (Gayle, Joey, Kaitlyn,
Ashley), Sherry Sanchez Razor (Danny, Taylor, Carli, Alaina, Kaylee) of Geneva. His grandsons,
Robert Anthony Sanchez (Katie), Dale Austin (Jessica) Sanchez of Oviedo, FL, Daniel
Jordan Razor (Alicia, Haley) of Geneva, FL and two great-grandchildren expected in 2016.
Kernest 's life was enriched by uncountable extended family and friends all of whom will
miss him dearly.

Arrangements are entrusted to DeGusipe Funeral Home, Sanford, FL, visitation 10:30
services at 11:30 on Friday, November 13, 2015. A graveside interment will follow at
Geneva Cemetery.
