Kenneth H. Woodward Jr, 82 of Ocoee, Florida passed away peacefully in his sleep on January 13, 2019. Ken was born February 22, 1936 in Watertown, New York the son of the late Kenneth H. Woodward Sr. and Myrtle E. Morin. He graduated from Watertown High School and wed Martha L Giltz in Watertown on August 17, 1957.

He is survived by his loving wife Martha Woodward of Ocoee, FL; children David Woodward and daughter-in-law Ramona Blowe Woodward of Lakeland, FL, Kim Woodward of Santa Fe, NM, Michael Woodward of Albuquerque, NM, and Katherine Phipps of Ocoee, FL; brother Robert Woodward of Watertown and sister Linda Ornelas of Boonville, MO; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren and many other family and friends.

Ken or Kenny was often thought of as a very kind and gentle soul by all of those who knew him. He loved his job of 25 years working for Universal Studios Orlando, having only recently retired.

At his request, a funeral service will not be held. Arrangements are entrusted to DeGusipe Funeral Home. Ken will laid to rest in the spring next to his mother in North Watertown Cemetery.
