Keith Bryant Lewis, age 52, of Uniontown, PA went home on Thursday, January 5, 2023, at his home.

Keith was born on June 8, 1970, in Newark, NJ, the son of Vincent Calderone Pantoja and Gladys Faye Lewis.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Jessica Lewis.

Keith is survived by his fiancé, Misty Helmick, his children, Jasmine Lewis, Elizabeth Lewis, Dana Lewis, Keith Lewis Jr., Kevin Lewis, Justine Lewis, Kenya Helmick and Jalisia Helmick, grandchildren, Jessica Lewis, Grayson Kelly, DeJor Lewis and Hudson Kelly, siblings, Gladis Franciscia Lewis Harris, LaVerne Lewis and Marie Lewis, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Arrangements are private and under the direction of the DeGusipe Funeral Home and Crematory, Dolfi Chapel, 65 N. Gallatin Ave., Uniontown, PA, Stacey A. Dolfi, FD. Interment is private.
