Keisa M. Diaz Mendoza, 78 years old, from Fajardo, Puerto Rico, passed away peacefully on February 8th, 2022, at 3:20 PM, surrounded by her loved ones. She is survived by her children: Keimari Diaz-Welborn, Victor R. Diaz Jr, and Brenda M. Diaz Mendoza; granddaughters: Hannah E. Canella and Anna M. Welborn; grandsons: Christian A. Welborn and Victor R. Diaz III; and sisters Ivonne Correa and Maria S. Correa Martinez.

Keisa was loved by many. A phenomenal mother, grandmother, sister, wife, and friend to all and described to be the life of the party. She prioritized family first over herself. If anyone was in need, she would offer them what she was able to give even if it was sheltering at her home. Keisa always worried over her family and close friends and kept in contact with people from when she worked as an executive secretary II at the State Insurance Fund Corporate office in Puerto Rico. Her children have many fond memories surrounding her love, protection, and quirky personality.

She will be laid to rest with her husband Victor Ramon Diaz on Friday, March 18th, 2022 12:30 PM at Bushnell National Cemetery.
