Karl O. Stetter 100, of Ellenton, FL. Passed away July 7th 2022. Born in Leechburg, Pennsylvania, he served his country honorably in the United States Army having served in WWII and awarded the American Servicer Medal, European African Middle Eastern Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal and World War 2 Victory Medal and in Korea he was awarded the Korean Service Medal with 1 Bronze Star. He was a school principal. He was preceded in death by his parents, Adolph and Mary Stetter; sisters: Betty Rearick, Mary Prandini and Jane Bachman; a brother: George Stetter. Karl is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Geraldine; loving father of Kurt Stetter and Karla S. Owens and her husband, Rickey; loving brother of Helen Stetter. Services and interment will be Thursday, July 14, 2022 at Florida National Cemetery with full military honors. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes or Wounded Warriors.
