Obituary

Julie Noelle (Mosca) Spain was born December 21, 1977 in Montreal, Canada.
She was adopted by Dr. Tony and Lana Mosca and lived in Quebec, Canada until the age of seven.
She was a Florida resident since 1985 and later became a U.S. citizen.
Julie graduated from St. Petersburg College with honors.
She was and Independent Varied Exceptionalities teacher in the Pinellas County school system for many years. She was nominated for teacher of the year her first year of teaching and loved her students.
Some of her interests included drawing, playing piano by ear, making jewelry and special effects photography, and of course, spending time with her boys, Caleb and Noah.
Julie was a unique and special person who danced to the beat of a different drummer.
She suffered from bipolar disorder and frequent bouts of depression.
She was a thyroid cancer survivor and had asthma since childhood.
Her frequent illnesses took a great toll on her.
She is survived by her husband, Forest Spain, sons Caleb Parker, 18, and Noah Parker, 17; her mother Lana Mosca and brother Nicolas Mosca of Seminole, Florida; her grandmothers, Eleanor Potter and Jacqueline Mosca.
She is pre-deceased by her father, Dr. Antoine Mosca and grandfathers, Dr. Leland Potter and Jack Mosca.
Julie was loved greatly by her family and friends and will be missed very much.
