Born in Rhode Island, Judith lived with her sister, parents and grandparents. Judith's Father and Grandfather were associated with Esso(Exxon), her Mother was Assistant Store Manager with Ivey's department store.

Judith had fond memories of the snow and cold winters while living in Rhode Island, but she became a Floridian when the family moved to the Altamonte Springs. After moving to Florida, she began a family, graduated college, and began a successful career in advertising working with the travel and hospitality industries. During this time, she became a member of the American Association of Advertising and was promoted to Senior Vice President of a predominant advertising firm in Central Florida. In 1993 Judith moved to Roswell, GA where she continued her advertising career where she created a Co-op promoting tourism between Florida and Georgia. She was also an avid traveler for work or pleasure. Some of her favorite places were Istanbul, Paris, Germany and Captiva Florida.

She is survived by Kathy Harris, sister in Oviedo, FL; Jonathan Toole, son in Orlando, FL; Tara Toole, daughter in Roswell, GA; Cameron Toole, grandson in Orlando, FL.
