Juanita Baker's Obituary
BAKER, JUANITA KELSEY, died August 19, 2014 in Oviedo, FL.
She was born June 12, 1920 in Wellington, Ohio and died peacefully of natural causes.
A World War II veteran and accomplished artist, she graduated from Ahrens High School in Louisville and studied art at the University of Michigan. Her art career spanned several decades and included showings in numerous North American galleries.
She is survived by her sister Irene, son Gregg and granddaughter Kathryn.
Services will be held at Rest Haven Memorial Park at 9:45 am, Saturday, September 27.
