Joy Monica Twillman, age 67, of Apopka, Florida, passed away on July 29, 2022. She was born on October 01, 1954, in New Orleans, Louisiana the daughter of Ellis Leo and Ruth Margaret Begnaud.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Mary Blucker.

She is survived by her daughters Katrina (Richard) Mines, Tricia Morris, and Michelle McNichol; grandchildren Zachary (Elizabeth) West, Aurora Twillman, Brady Mines, Simon Morris, Anastasia Bound, Paul Morris, Timothy Morris, Tyler Mines, and Monica McNichol; great grandchild Aria West; and brothers Kirk Begnaud, Robert (Lynn) Begnaud and Michael (Julie) Begnaud.
