Joseph Donald Hoeflinger died of complications from COPD at Florida Hospital Altamonte Springs, FL on 5/25/2016. Survived by his wife Elaine Hoeflinger, and her two sons Kristian and Tyson Seaman, his mother Irene A. Roland of Lansing, MI, his sister Mary Mair of Lake Mary, FL, his brothers Daniel Hoeflinger of Canton, GA and Bill Hoeflinger of Ashboro, NC. grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Joe loved fishing, and had a passion for cooking. There were many holiday and family dinners that he prepared. He loved creating new recipes and dishes for his family and friends. Joe was an amazing printer and an expert in his field. He was an avid reader and if you were in a Trivia challenge you wanted Joe on your team! Go Cowboys! (Joe loved football).
