Joseph Barrett Bohnak, age 76, of Maitland, Florida, passed away on July 23, 2022. He was born on November 26, 1945, in Southampton, New York the son of The late Joseph Anthony and Lavenia Bohnak.

As the son of an Army Colonel, Joe traveled with his parents all over the USA, South and Central America and as early as two years old, he traveled to Japan with his parents as part of the Occupation after WWII. He and wife Nancy moved to Maitland in 2004 from South Florida. He joined the Spanish Club at the Maitland Senior Center and enjoyed the camaraderie of a lovely group of people who became his good friends.

He is survived by his wife Nancy M. Bohnak; daughters Kimberly Bohnak, and Courtney (Terry) Stamm; son Christopher (Christina) Bohnak; and four grandchildren.
