Jose Antonio Ramo-Rio, 81, of Orlando, FL passed away on January 5, 2014. Jose was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, January 18, 1932 to Benigon Ramos-Moncerrate and Asuncaion Rios-Alejandro. He served as Pvt. First Class in the U.S. Army from April 1, 1953 to March 18, 1955.

Jose devoted his life to his family and when he wasn't working hard, he was enjoying life. He was a skilled fisherman and a championship league domino player. Jose sang and danced and is hugely famous for his world-class story telling.

Jose Antonio leaves behind his wife, Ana, seven children, twelve grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.

A viewing will be held at 9 am to 10 am with a celebration of life service at 10 am Thursday, January 9, at DeGusipe Funeral Home 9001 N. Orlando Ave. Maitland, FL 32751. Graveside services with military honors will be held at Florida National Cemetery Thursday, Jan. 9 at 1 pm.
