Jonathan Henry Suarez was a free-spirit, loving, compassionate, fun, and adventurous young man. He was very proud of his Colombian roots; loved his family above everything else; loved nature, animals and fellow human beings alike. In God's infinite wisdom, He chose to bring his beloved child to be with him on the day of April 27, 2019, the eve of the Divine Mercy Sunday. The day that the doors of heaven are open to all souls that confessed their love and faith in the mercy of Jesus.

"Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord,
and let perpetual light shine upon him.
May he rest in peace."

*The internment will be at a later time in a private ceremony.

The family is requesting donations in place of flowers to Operation Smile. Jonathan understood that physical and learning differences might undermine a child's confidence. In his honor, the family wishes to help children around the world to overcome the physical and emotional issues related to cleft palate.
