Jon E. Blanchard, 56 of Casselberry, passed away on March 13, 2020. Jon was born in Albert Lea, Minnesota on June 28, 1963, the son of Junior Francis & Dorothy C. (Allen) Blanchard.

Jon attended Byron High School in Minnesota and moved to Florida in 1984. He was employed for the last 25 years at Contech Construction LLC, as a concrete contractor. Despite the demands of his job, he was the "World's Best Dad" to Tyler. He went above an beyond to make sure his son was always happy and always felt his father's love - and Tyler always felt it! Jon was loved by many friends in Minnesota and he cherished their great times together. He was a big Gator and Viking Football fan and enjoyed NASCAR, and the beach - fishing and body surfing.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Jimmy. He is survived by his son, Tyler and siblings Mike (Mari), Ann (Sid) Saltz, Barbara (Jim) Pappas and Paul (Jeannine) and many nieces and nephews.

Services for Jon will be held on Friday, July 10, 2020 at DeGusipe Funeral Home, 9001 N. Orlando Ave., Maitland, FL 32751. 4:00pm to 5:00pm, Receiving Family and Friends; Memorial Service from 5:00pm to 6:00pm; and a Reception from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. Additionally, the family is requesting that no flowers be delivered to the family or the funeral home.
