Obituary

John Bradley Werner of Altamonte Springs, Florida, passed away July 2, 2022. He was born November 7, 1949 in Rockford, Illinois. He was a graduate of the University of South Florida in Tampa. Before retirement, Brad worked as a chef and loved to cook. Being very artistic, his hobby was working with leather goods thereby, creating beautiful gifts for his friends and family.

As a child who was raised in a military home, Brad was extremely polite and courteous. Also, he was well traveled both abroad and in the United States in his young years. His sport was golf. He started playing golf very young and played his entire life. He was good at it.

Brad was an animal lover with a kind and gentle spirit. He fed all the birds and squirrels around his property everyday. He even called them their names which he had given to them and they knew him well. His domestic pets were Tomar, his Siamese cat and Midnight, his little Border Collie who was rescued from Animal Control in Seminole County.

Survived by his loving mother, Marian Leona Caithness also of Altamonte Springs, Florida, cousins Mark Hunt and Gretchen Schwalbach. John Bradley Werner, Child of God, will be remembered and missed by many neighbors, friends and loved ones and by a special someone who will always love YOU Bradley.
