John J. Walsh, 70, of St. Petersburg lost his battle with lung cancer on June 10, 2015. John was an electrician, having worked for Mitchell Electric & Binge Electric. He attended St. John's Catholic Church. John is survived by brother, Thomas P. Walsh, Jr.; sisters, Dorothy Stewart, Patricia Chase, Margaret Rogers and Jane Barrows; also survived by 13 nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, June 19 from 6-8 P.M. where there will be a wake service at 7 P.M. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, June 20 at St. John's Catholic Church at 10 A.M. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
