In loving memory of John Iwan Swiridenko a.k.a Papa Dawg. Born in Germany, he moved to the U.S. in 1950. His parents, Maria and Wasil, and his brother and sister, Anna and Tony, started their life together in New York. He later joined the Army where he fought in the Vietnam War. John and his family packed up and moved to Florida where he met his future wife Tammy Lynn Dunkle. They were married in 1984 and together they had four loving children, Johnathan, Adam, Shana, and Megan. He also had a step-son named Zackary Vance. He retired from G.A. Food Services and spent most of his free time taking care of his yard. He loved going fishing, watching every Bucs game, and his coffee. A jack of all trades, he could fix anything. A beloved son, brother, father, husband, and friend who will be greatly missed. May he rest in peace.
