John A. "Cab" Rokita, Jr. died April 21, 2019 in Longwood, FL at the age of 89.

John is survived by his wife, Dorothy; his sons Mark Rokita of Minnesota, Bill Batten (Diane) of Land O' Lakes, and Robert Batten of DeBary; his daughter's Theresa Haines of Colorado, Tina Batten of Pennsylvania, Grace Hilton (Dennis) of New Smyrna Beach, Marlette Mosley (Jerry) of Sanford, and Michele Murphy (Patrick) of St. Cloud; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his son John Rokita III; his daughters Andrea Lock and Nancy Lopez, his brother George, and his sisters Mecca Dunleavy and Anna Rokita.

John was born on November 30, 1929 in Swedeland, Pennsylvania. He spent the last 49 years of his life in Sanford, Florida, where he worked in construction until his retirement.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Jude's ir Vita Suites at South Seminole Hospital in Longwood, FL.
