John Joseph Piziak III was born on January 27, 1961 in Chester, Pennsylvania. He passed away surrounded by his family on Sunday, December 22, 2013 in Orlando, Florida.
John is survived by his wife, Jennifer Piziak of Winter Garden, Florida, his son Brandon Moffett of Puyallup, Washington, his step children Frederick and Kaleigh Hess of Winter Garden, Florida, his parents John and Anne Piziak of Winter Garden, Florida, his brother Pete Piziak of Winter Garden, Florida, his sister Sue Rowe of Wilmington, Delaware and his grandson Hunter Moffett.
Memorial service will be held at Four Corners Baptist Church located at 125 Cottonwood Drive, Davenport, Florida 33837 on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at 11 a.m. There will be a reception to follow.
Arrangements are entrusted to DeGusipe Funeral Home & Crematory, 9001 N. Orlando Avenue, Maitland, Florida 32751. (407) 695-CARE(2273).
