John H. Pinder, age 74, of Deltona, Florida peacefully entered into eternal rest on November 24, 2022. Born in Miami, Florida on September 16, 1948. He served his country for 4 years in The United States Navy and was a very proud veteran. He was named Valued Veteran of the Year by Sanford Moose Lodge 1851. He was preceded in death by his parents Charles Pinder and Billie White and sister Elizabeth Clackum. He was survived by his wife of 33 years, Peggy Pinder. He was survived by his son, Clint Pinder, and daughters Paula Sontos and Deanna Hagerman. He was also survived by 7 grandchildren, Jessica Strobel, Amber Sontos, Paige Legg, Hunter Pinder, Blake Sontos, Brianna Scott and Kylum Sontos and 2 great-grandchildren Jade Strobel and Remington Legg. He was also survived by his brother, James Pinder and sisters, Carol Elliot and Mary Slusher. He also had several nieces and nephews. John was a kind and loving man who enjoyed spending a lot of time at the Sanford Moose Lodge since 2011. He rose to the rank of Governor and he recently received his Fellowship Degree. He also enjoyed fishing, camping and spending time with family and friends.

The family will receive family and friends on December 8, 2022 from 4-6pm at DeGusipe Funeral Home & Crematory. 905 Laurel Avenue, Sanford, Florida 32771.
