EVERATT, JOHN D., John Everatt, 86 passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 21, 2014 at Hospice of the Comforter.

The Everatt family lost a wonderful Husband, Dad, Brother, Uncle, Grandfather, Great-grandfather and Friend. A long time resident of Maitland; John was an Eagle Scout, proud officer of the US Air Force, an official for US Swimming, Kiwanian, loyal alum of Dartmouth College 1949 and retired financial planner.

John is survived by wife, Susan, two sons, Scott of Maine, Randy (Melissa) of Altamonte Springs, daughter, Martha St. Pierre (Phil) of Maine, sister, Frances Hazel of Greer, SC; grandchildren: Ross St.Clair, Elizabeth St.Clair Alexander, Amanda Everatt, Scott Ross Everatt, Benjamin Everatt and Allison Everatt and Great-grandson, Sawyer Robert St.Clair.

The family is very grateful for the care given to John by caregivers and dear friends at home and the special care provided by Hospice of the Comforter during his transition.

Celebration of John's Life to take place on September 14, 2014 @ 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at The Country Club @ Deer Run,300 Daneswood Way, Casselberry, FL. Lunch and beverages will be provided.

John's ashes will be interred, with military honors, at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell. Friday, September 12th at 1:30 PM SHARP. Family and close friends welcome. Please report to the GUARD STATION (small building on Right when you enter FL Nat. Cemetery) and tell them you are attending the services for John D. Everatt. Please arrive by 1:20 PM. Thank you.
