JoAnn (Pullano) Elford, 56, peacefully passed away into God's care at 10:45pm on Sunday, November 17, 2019, succumbing to cancer while on vacaton in Florida. She was a loving and caring wife and mother who always put her family first.

JoAnn was born on March, 19, 1963, in Taunton, Massachusetts, to Joseph V. Pullano and Beverly J. Pullano. She grew up in Lakeville, Massachusetts, and met her future husband, Charles H. Elford, MSgt, USAF, Retired, formerly of East Freetown, Massachusetts, while they both attended Apponequet Regional High School. They were married on March 26, 1983, and have lived in the Omaha, Nebraska, metro area since January, 1992.

She was a military spouse, a florist, and also worked many years for a family-run, seasonal Halloween theme park in the fall. She loved spending time with her children and granddaughter, making flower arrangements, gardening, her dog, Cedar, the family cats, and vacationing in Florida at Disney World and at various beaches there.

JoAnn is surived by her husband of 36 years, Charles(Chuck); daughters Deveney M. Von Elling and Morgan B. Wyatt; sons Austin J. Elford and Charles C. Elford; granddaughter Aelita E. Elford; sister Donna Sczerbinski and husband, Paul; sister Sheryl Furlan and husband, Frank; brother Bruce Pullano; brother Robert Pullano; and brother Donald Pullano and wife, Nikki. She is preceded in death by both parents and brother, William Moen.

JoAnn's wishes were to be cremated, have her ashes scattered on a beach in Florida, and have no memorial service.
