Joan was born on June 15, 1934 in Toronto, Canada. She was a veteran of the USMC. She married her husband Donald Sizer on March 17, 1956.
Our mom enjoyed playing tennis and golf. She also loved the beach, hiking in the mountains of North Carolina, and going on cruises.
What our mom loved the most was her family. She is survived by her husband, Donald Sizer.
Children: Leigh Kobrin (Howard) Parkland, Florida, Lynn Scroggins (John) Acworth, Georgia and Michael Sizer (Sandra) Kissimmee, Florida.
Grandchildren: Andrew, Steven, Michelle, Nick, and Zack.
Great grandchild: Nathan (Nate Nate).
There is no funeral or memorial service scheduled as per her wishes. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Leukemia and Lymphoma society."
