Joan DeBiase, 52 passed on January 4, 2019 from Palm City, FL. Joan was born in Woodbridge, NJ and grew up in Piscataway, NJ. Survived by her husband Joseph DeBiase and her siblings; Theresa Liland and Elizabeth Starnick from Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Raymond Starnick of South Plainfield, NJ and Ann Cook of Conway, SC. Survived by 2 nieces and 2 nephews. Joan is predeceased by her parents George and Margaret Starnick formerly of Little River, SC. Joan worked for Lowes for over 10 years as a Customer Service Representative. Joan loved animals, especially her dog Sophie. Joan was dearly loved by anyone she met. She had a kind and loving heart. She had an infectious giggle that made you laugh endlessly, besides her quiet humor. Joan will be missed; however, heaven gained a sweet, beautiful, and loving angel.

A Memorial Mass for Joan will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at 10am at Cathedral of St Ignatius Loyola, 9999 N Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410.
