Jitendrakumar P. Patel, age 74, of Clermont, Florida, passed away on May 24, 2022. Jitendrakumar was born on February 26, 1948 in Dabhan, Gujarat, India, the son of Shardaben and Purushottamdas Patel.

Jitendra was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend whose memory will never be forgotten. He was a devoted satsungi of the BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir, a place that will forever be his family. He is survived by his wife Kailashben Patel, sons Hiren Patel and Viren Patel; grandchildren: Kaiya, Jaimin, Samira, and Sanaya Patel; his sisters Alkaben Patel and Shilpaben Patel; and the BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation in his honor to BAPS Charities (link provided below). To honor his late brother Harshadbhai Patel and sister Varshaben Patel, all proceeds will benefit the Susan G. Komen Foundation for cancer research.
