Jitendra Ramanlal Shastri, 69 of Sanford, Florida, passed peacefully on June 26, 2020. He was born in Surat, India on January 8, 1951 to Ramanlal and Bhanumati Shastri. He is survived by his wife, Divya Jitendra Pandya, his son, Ravi Shastri and daughter Rima Shastri. He was Hard working, determined, very loving and a family bounding father, husband, brother, uncle, and friend. Sadly Jitu Shastri passed away unexpectedly and will be missed by all. A wonderful man with the kindest heart and soul. Jitubhai was a magician in the kitchen when it comes to Indian cuisine and sweets. He worked hard day in and day out to provide for his family. Always seen smiling and radiating positivity.

It's difficult to imagine a world without him. God has gained an angel. Let us bid him farewell as we morn the loss of a lively and dignified soul. A soul that bought joy and fulfillment to many and whose legacy will live on forever.
