Jerry C. Raines, age 78, passed away Sunday Aug 19th with his children Brian Raines and Ashlie Garin by his side. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elaine and his grandson, Christopher. He was survived by his two children, three grandchildren and many other close family and friends.
