Jerome "Jerry" Mysliwiec passed away on March 11, 2016 surrounded by family and friends. Jerry was born in Chicago, IL on December 28, 1941 to John and Helen Mysliwiec. After high school Jerry joined the Navy and served for 4 years before graduating from Roosevelt University. He subsequently earned an MBA from the University of Chicago and spent his career at Motorola.

He is survived by his wife of 36 years Patricia Mysliwiec, children Jason Mysliwiec and Michelle (Sean) O'Keefe, sister Audrey Wojtecki, and the lights of his life, his grandchildren, Benjamin and Violet Mysliwiec and Ashlyn and Juliette O'Keefe.

Visitation will be held at DeGusipe Funeral home in Maitland, FL on March 16, 2016 from 5-7 pm.

Prayer Service will begin at 5:30 PM
