Jefferson Stephen 'Steve' Brooks, 73, has passed away in Orlando, Florida. He was born in La Fayette, Alabama to parents Thomas and Ernestine Brooks. Steve is survived by his wife Jean, son Jeff (Celia), daughter Meghan, grandchildren Felicity and Damion, sister Deborah (Madison), niece Elizabeth, great-nieces Sophia and Olivia, and an extended family of loved ones.
