Mrs. Jeanette Sterbavy Argentine (aka GG, G'ma, Gaga) died peacefully in her sleep surrounded by loved ones at her home on July 30, 2024 in Altamonte Springs, FL at the age of 89.

Jeanette is survived by her sons Robert Argentine of Bryson City, NC and Timothy Argentine (wife Johnna) of Orlando, FL. As well as by her daughter Rhonda Miner (husband Duane) of Altamonte Springs, FL . Jeanette leaves behind 12 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

Jeanette is preceded in death by her spouse Ronald Argentine and her son Thomas Argentine.

Jeanette was born on March 23, 1935 in Chicago, IL to Jeanette and John Sterbavy. She married Ronald Argentine in September of 1953. The two moved to Florida in 1957 to start raising their family and running their family car-lot. They were happily married for 49.5 years before his untimely passing.

Jeanette was an avid bingo player and a wonderful baker. She was an amazing mother, grandma, and great-grandma who loved her family very much.

Jeanette was a member of Saint Mary Magdalen Church. Her funeral is scheduled at the church at 10 am on August 16, 2024, with a reception to follow. All are welcome to attend.

In lieu of flowers, we are asking that donations be made to Jeanette's charity of chose, St Jude Children's Hospital.
