Jean Stockdale Perkins age 83, of Sanford, Fl, where she was residing since 2003, died on December 11,2015 at her home.
She was born on December 22,1931 in Trimble Co. Ky., the daughter of Otis and Rena Dolby Stockdale. She lived most of her entire life in Trimble Co.Kyand Jefferson Co.In. A member of Mt. Byrd Christian Church since age twelve and was last attending Safeharbor Christian Church in Sanford ,FL. She retired from K- Mart in 1992.
Surviving are one brother,Irving T. Stockdale, Madison, In; one son Shane Perkins , Webster,Fl; one daughter, Tamie Stocksett, Sanford,Fl, six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren , several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Vernon Melvin "Perk" Perkins 2000, one brother Earl and one sister Elizabeth Edwards.
Memorial services will be held at Mt Byrd Christian Church with cremains to be buried at Moffett Cemetery, Milton,Ky.
Memorials may be made to the Mt. Byrd Christian Church Building Fund or Shiloh Christian Children's Ranch. Cards are available at the church.
