Janice Lorraine (Woodley) McKinnie passed away on Friday, November 15, 2019. She was born in Winter Garden on February 1, 1945 to Francis "Burt" Woodley and Annie (Scott) Woodley. Janice was a lifelong resident of Central Florida. Janice graduated from Lakeview High School. Prior to her retirement Janice worked at Belk Department Store in Ocoee for several years.

She is survived by her son Bradford McKinnie and his wife, Michelle, her daughter Jennifer Zimmer, who was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Zimmer, Jr., her grandchildren, Taylor McKinnie, Tiffany McKinnie, Nolan Zimmer and Rory Zimmer. Janice is preceded in death by her sister Sharon Lowry and her brother Jack Woodley and survived by her sisters Maryann Honnell, Faye Harman and Jane Scott and several nieces and nephews.

Janice was a Christian and a dedicated mother and grandmother. She was also an avid collector of Christmas ornaments and known for her lemon meringue pie. Janice was a fan of Bear Bryant's Alabama football, tennis player Rafael Nadal, golfer Rory McIlroy, musicians Neil Diamond and Bruce Springsteen, and a devoted watcher of the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. She will be remembered by her family and friends for her debate skills on subjects she was passionate about.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at St. Stephen Lutheran Church, 2140 West State Road 434, Longwood, Florida 32779.

Friends and family are welcome to attend a gathering with refreshments immediately after the service in the church hall.
