Jane Fairbanks, age 98, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 24 at Winter Park Towers. She was born on May 8, 1917 to Mary and Stephen Piotrowski, in New York City. Jane was happily married to Edward Mark Fairbanks in 1939 until his passing in 1998.

Jane is survived by her loving daughters, Bonnie Nasset (husband Robert), Gwen Lennox Dee (husband Robert) and four grandchildren, Jane Secrist Newnum (husband Paul), Robert Secrist (wife Denise), Bill Nasset and Jane Ann Nasset. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren, Sean McDaniel, Paul Michael Newnum, Ashley Secrist and Robert Secrist IV.

A funeral Mass for the family will be held at St.Margaret Mary Catholic Church. The family requests donations be made to Hospice of the Comforter, in lieu of flowers.
