James "Jim" Seem passed away peacefully in the care of Cornerstone Hospice House of Tavares, Florida after a year long illness at the age of 85 on January 26, 2020.

Jim was born October 26, 1934 in Clark, PA to Clyde S. Seem and Isabella Affleck Seem. He was raised in Warren, OH and gaduated from Warren G. Harding in 1953. After graduation he did a stint in the Army as an MP stationed in South Korea. He married Marjorie (Marge) Marie Neal on July 26, 1962. Jim retired from the grocery business in 2008 and moved to Florida.

He is survived by his son Scott (Diane) Seem of Orlando; grandson Christopher Seem of Memphis; sister Vivian David of Columbus; brother Donald (Janet) Seem of Warren, as well as a long list of nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death was his wife Marge, and sisters Dolores Domes, Betty Ann Fiore and Shirley Ricci.

No services are planned per Jim's wishes. In lieu of flowers, a donation to Cornerstone Hospice House (cornerstonehospice.org) of Tavares, Florida would be greatly appreciated.
