James D. Powell was born in Morgantown, West Virginia on July 21, 1939, passed away on July 2, 2015. Jim is survived by his wife Nancy Halsey Powell; sisters Shirley Jones of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida; Patricia Woods of Maitland, Florida and Janet Bush of Winter Park, Florida; daughters, Donna Hotteninger of Oroville, California; Susie Kruse of Oroville, California; sons David Powell of Vancouver, Washington; Scott Radcliff of Jonesbourgh, Tennessee; Chris Radcliff of Orlando, Florida; Todd Radcliff of Longwood, Florida; and all of their families.
