James Mathew Fowler (49) was born in Miami on August 7, 1969. He graduated from North Miami High School, served with the United States Navy, and graduated from Florida State University.


Jim was a dedicated family man devoted to his daughters, Mady (17), Libby (15) and Emma (12). He loved watching the girls' sports and activities. He enjoyed the simple things with them. Watching movies, eating out and laughing were among his favorite moments. His BTG International family, where he was a Regional Manager, was also a big part of his life. He was a golf enthusiast, loved the beach, and was a huge Seminoles fan.


Jim was preceded in death by his mother Jane, his father Sam, his stepfather Anthony Delucca, and his brother Bruce Fowler. He is survived by his wife Jennifer, and by his daughters Mady, Libby, and Emma who were the loves of his life. He is also survived by his siblings Sam Fowler Jr., Laurel Fowler, Valarie Fowler, Stephen Fowler, Kris Schmid (Leland), many nieces and nephews, and dear friends.


Jim's service will be held at Northland Distributed Church, 530 Dog Track Road, Longwood, FL 32750 on Saturday October 20, 2018 at 11:00 am. For those able to attend the service, to honor Jim, please wear your Florida State colors. Following the service, the family would like to invite you to a reception at Heathrow Country Club 1200 Bridgewater Dr, Heathrow, FL 32746, as a tribute to his love for golf.
