James Madden, 79, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 13th. He was surrounded by his spouse, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. James was a 23 year resident of Winter Springs, Florida.
Following his service to the United States Navy James retired from AT&T after a 35 year career in management. Affectionately known as Jim, Dad, Honey, and Pa, James was loved by all who knew him. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 and a half years, Nancy, along with his son James Madden (Maureen) of Oviedo and daughter Robin Yetto (Joseph) of Fort Worth, Texas. His grandchildren include Jennifer Cerce (Donny), Lori Saunders (Kevin), Joey Yetto (Tatyana), Sirena Madden, and Mike Yetto. James was blessed with knowing his six great grandchildren; Caitlin, Elizabeth, and Shelby Cerce, Grady and Georgia Saunders, and Joey Lyon.
James enjoyed making wood crafts and fixing anything and everything. If he wasnt tinkering in his garage you could find him working in his yard and garden. He was fascinated with UFOs, Sasquatch and aliens. Most of all, James loved helping his family and friends. He will be missed by all he has touched. His family looks forward to the day when they will all be reunited once again.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations in memory of James to be made to the Wounded Warriors Project at:
