James Frances Hixenbaugh, 74, of Waynesburg, Pennsylvania passed away peacefully on September 16, 2023 in The Waynesburg Health and Rehab Center.
James was born on January 3, 1949 in Waynesburg, PA. He was the son of Dorsey and Frances Cole Hixenbaugh.
James was a "jack of all trades", working primarily in the food service industry. He was a proud Vietnam Vet and a member of the U.S. Army Reserves. James
was the last surviving member of his immediate family.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased in death by 5 brothers and sisters.
James is survived by his daughter, Samantha and her family, a nephew Terry Foley and his wife Pamela as well as many nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are under the direction of The Degusipe Funeral Home and Crematory, Dolfi Chapel, 65 North Gallatin Avenue, Uniontown, PA, Stacey A. Dolfi, Funeral Director. Interment is private.
