Mr. DeLucia was born March 28, 1953 in Oil City, Pennsylvania to John and Jeannine DeLucia.
There will be a Celebration of Life for James DeLucia at the Cabbage Patch Campground in
Samsula, Florida starting on January 11, 2013 that will last for the entire weekend.
