James Collier 63 of St. Petersburg died Tuesday, September 22, 2020. James was born in Queens, New York and was a air conditioning technician and an Army Veteran. He is survived by his mother, Marion F. Collier; sister: Jan Jackson; brother: Dale Collier. Services will be held at Bay Pines National Cemetery on Friday, October 23, 2020 at 10:30 am.
