James Charles (Jim) Bishop died peacefully in his home on August 10 at the age of 78.

Jim is survived by his wife Betsy and children James (Heather)Bishop, St Cloud and Michelle Bishop, Clermont, sisters Judy Verschoor, Wynot, NE, Barbara Walsh, Denver, CO, Patty (Dave) Goonen, Windermere, Dorothy Stein, Winter Park and grandchildren Aubrey Bishop, Meredith Bishop, Keelie Bishop and Kenlie Bishop. Jim has also left behind many nieces and nephews and countless family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his infant daughter Elizabeth, his parents James and Irene Bishop and his aunt and uncle Lloyd and Winifred Roach.

Jim's funeral Mass will be Saturday, August 16th at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, at 10 am. A Celebration of Life will be held at Colony Cottage Rec Center at 11:30 am. Bring your favorite memories of Jim to share with his friends and family.
