64, of St. Petersburg, passed away August 29, 2014. She was born January 19, 1950 in Peoria, IL and raised in FL since 1953. Jackie was a hair stylist for over 40 years and was the proprietor of Studio Q Hair Designs. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas D. Miller. She is survived by her sisters, Judy Scott of TN, and Janice (Ron) Terock of St. Petersburg; and many loving nieces and nephews. She will be dearly missed as she was dearly loved, by many. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the USO or Wounded Warriors.
