Ivan Kuder, age 61, was born in Bowling Green, Ohio, to Roger and Margery (Amos) Kuder, and grew up in Orlando, Florida, where he graduated from Maynard Evans High School and attended Valencia Community College. He and his family were actively involved in the First Baptist Church of Pine Hills (now known as First Baptist Church of Central Florida). Ivan loved music and was a very talented musician. As a young man he played drums in a band at Disney World, and for the past several years has played percussion on the praise team of Glad Tidings Church, St. Petersburg, Florida. He worked for Coca-Cola as an assistant plant supervisor as a young man and later relocated to the west coast of Florida where he has been a valued employee of the United States Postal Service for more than 25 years. He will be greatly missed by three brothers, Franz and his wife Joanne of Hebron, New Hampshire, Kim and his wife Donna of Owensboro, Kentucky, Robbin and his wife Gail of Tallahassee, Florida, 15 nieces and nephews, and 15 great-nieces and great-nephews, as well many friends and co-workers. A memorial service will be held at Glad Tidings Church, 4200 17th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida, on Tuesday, February 18th at 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Music Ministry of Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church.
