Isis Edna Acosta Ortiz, 79, of Yauco, Puerto Rico, living in Winter Garden, FL, passed away on August 2, 2024. She is preceded in death by her beloved mother Carmen Camacho, father Raimundo Acosta, and step-father Juan Fornes. She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Isaac Ortiz Palmieri; her sons Javier Isaac Ortiz (Zorilix Ortiz), Gustavo Isaac Ortiz (Shelly Ortiz), and Isaac Alberto Ortiz (Veronica Van Wyke-Amaya); and grandchildren Ian, Ariana, Isabella, Alejandro, Daniel, and Gael. She is also survived by her siblings John Fornes, Elba Fornes, Milagros Gregory, Maria "Conchi" Acosta, Hector "Yuyo" Fornes, Rafael "Rafi" Fornes, Jenny Fornes, and Rosa "Maggie" Fornes, as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. A visitation will be held on Friday, August 16, 2024, from 6:00 PM- 8:00 PM at DeGusipe Funeral Home, Ocoee, FL. A mass will be offered in her memory at Resurrection Catholic Church, Winter Garden, on Saturday August 17, 2024 at 12 noon. After which she will be laid to rest at Orlando Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Apopka, FL. Isis will forever be remembered and loved by all those who knew her. May she rest in peace
