Himalatha Varma age 50 of Lake Mary, Florida passed away on March 3rd, 2022 at 11:39 am. Hima was born March 16th, 1971 in Nizamabad, India to Gopalakrishna and Nirmala Kocherlakota.

Hima is preceded in death by her father Gopalakrishna and mother Nirmala and survived by her husband Sai Varma, her daughter Gitanjali Varma, her brother Shiva Lakota, and her sisters Madhu Azad and Suma Nair.

Hima graduated from Guntur Medical College in India and completed her residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. She was affiliated with AdventHealth in Altamonte Springs, Florida, and was known to her colleagues, nurses, and patients as a compassionate and caring physician.

Hima was a sweet and loving soul who enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. She loved to travel with her family to various countries including India, Japan, and Greece. Hima had a great passion for cooking for her family and friends.

Hima practiced yoga and meditation daily and was a devotee of Lord Shiva and Sai Baba. She had a very positive outlook on life and believed in the power of manifestation and positive affirmations. She will be dearly missed and will aways be in the hearts of her loved ones.
