Born Wednesday, February 6th, 1963 in Chicago, Illinois, she was the daughter of Froilan and Maria L. Rosado.
She is survived by her son, Jose Luis Garcia, Jr., her brother Froilan Jr. and sister Camille. She was also aunt to 3 nieces and 2 nephews.
She will be missed!
