Dr. Guy Nicolas passed away peacefully at home on Jan 25, 2025 in Longwood, FL at the age of 71.

Guy is survived by his wife, Maud Nicolas, sons, Gael, Phillipe and Cedric, siblings Pierre-Philippe Nicolas and Marie-Louise Davis, and nieces and nephews, Laurent, Xavier, Christelle, Jean-Raphael, Emmanuelle, Nathalia, Tamra, and Jazmin. He is preceded in death by his father, Pelissier Jean Nicolas, and mother, Marie Louise Leys.

Guy was born on September 24, 1953 in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti. He married Maud Nicolas December 31st, 1983. Here are some of his significant milestones:

Moved to Liberia in 1965
Performed his Pre Medical Studies at the University of Liberia
Graduated with his M.D. from A.M. Dogliotti College of Medicine in 1981
Performed his Internship and Rural Health Service in Liberia
Received his E.N.T. Specialty at Bordeaux University Hospital in 1990
Moved to the U.S. in 1990 and served as a Family Practice Physician in the Orlando Area for 25 years

To respect his wishes, Guy requested not to have a memorial service, and instead chose to be cremated, with immediate family scattering his ashes. He expressed his love for his family and all the friends he had made throughout his life. A celebration of life will be held at a later date for family and friends. In the meantime, please share any fond memories you have had with Guy to the "Tribute Wall".
