Gregg, 65, went home to the Lord on June 9, 2018. Born on May 8, 1953 in Fairmont, West Virginia, he was the beloved only son of Mary (Freeman) and Hugh Rexroad. Loving husband of 42 years to Kathy (Patterson) Rexroad. Devoted father to Selena (Brian) Fettig and Mallory (Chris) Even. Proud "Daddo" to Landry, Reagan, Parker and Colson. Half-brother to Rosalie (John) Carden.
Gregg was a diehard West Virginia Mountaineers fan and a retired environmental scientist. He loved spending time with his family, most especially his grandkids, and his devotion to his dog, Lucy, was well-known. His sense of humor permeated every aspect of his life. He was a typical West Virginian- he never met a stranger and welcomed everyone with open arms.
Family and Friends will be received on Friday evening, from 7:00 - 9:00pm at New Covenant Assembly (1991 E Lake Dr, Casselberry, FL 32707).
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 16th, at 3:00pm, followed by a dessert reception (New Covenant Assembly | 1991 E Lake Dr, Casselberry, FL 32707). We invite everyone to wear blue and gold in honor of Gregg and his love for WVU.
